ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPINGOrder Processing
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
During new releases, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Times
Shipping times begin after processing is complete.
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect address information.
SHIPPING RATESare calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.
Any promotional shipping offers apply only to qualifying orders and timeframes.
TRACKINGOnce your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become active.
ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITYCustomers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Dioso Customs is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Packages returned due to address errors may require an additional shipping fee to reship.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGESDue to the nature of our products and limited releases:
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
This includes sizing issues, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse.
Please review product descriptions, size charts, and order details carefully before purchasing.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERSIf you receive an item that is:
Damaged during transit, or
Incorrect due to our error
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGESDioso Customs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier.
